In 2015, MIDTOWN became the first Parisian studio entirely dedicated to indoor Bootcamp. Our goal: to offer the amazing efficiency of Bootcamp to a community of the most demanding fitness enthusiasts.

Through intense and personalized training, we offer a complete, effective and results-based approach. Our classes are designed in a unique, immersive and energizing environment for a one-of-a-kind athletic and emotional experience. We are a fitness community dedicated to wellbeing and balance, with workouts tailored to the needs of today’s urbanites.

3, 2, 1 … Non-Stop (Treadmill) consists of doing your workout on the floor while your teammate maintains the pace on the treadmill. As soon as your teammate gets off, you will have to take over because the treadmill must not stop at all before the end of the 50 minutes of training.
